A: There are a handful of different ways to invest time in implementing your Tardus strategies.
First, as a Tardus member, you have access to a huge library of videos, webinars, and past events that provide key insights on learning and using the tools we provide. This libraryis very extensive. In fact, we estimate it to be about 60 hours of solid educational content. Of course, this is quite a lot of time, but we know you don’t have time to take on another part time job to watch all these, so that’s why your coach will be able to tell you exactly which videos pertain most to your situation so you can efficiently learn the strategies you are using right off the bat without being overwhelmed by everything there. Of course, you always have the option to explore other videos if you have the time and interest.
In addition to the library of videos, we are always holding additional webinars, trainings, and events. These are highly recommended because, as the economy changes, new opportunities arise, and as your own situation shifts, you’ll continue to learn new ways to adapt and continue your income snowball growth. We love having guest speakers give their expertise in certain areas and you may find that one of these events is the strategy you’ve been waiting for that perfectly fits into the rest of your life and goals. These are optional, but we certainly recommend attending as many as you can.
The last main time investment of the Tardus program is your ongoing coaching. In the beginning, you meet more often with your coach. We do this so you can quickly get your income snowball moving and then we are able to move to fewer coaching calls. The monthly calls help you get clear on your next milestone, refocus, adjust to changes in your personal finances or external issues, teach you new concepts, and check in to make sure nothing major has changed and things are still on track.
So all in all, the beginning of the program may take hours each month, but eventually, that transitions to just minutes as your snowball grows and you discover how to avoid the 10 most common mistakes new clients make, and how to maximize your results.
One of our major goals at Tardus is to provide people with financial freedom and that includes more free time, so we pride ourselves on a program that isn’t too time consuming.
I grew up in Detroit Lakes, MN, which means I watched a lot of hockey and ate a lot of “hot dishes” (casseroles). I have 9 brothers and sisters and grew up in the country, climbing trees, catching frogs, horseback riding, and playing in the leaves in the fall.
I found out about Tardus because my sister was a client and I saw that she could make money without working. Since my education is in Small Business Management with a focus on accounting and I’ve been doing accounting for 25 years, I decided to apply to become a coach.
I love working with people! To me, it’s not just about making money. It’s about helping set people free so they won’t be tied down with financial burdens and can discover and act on who they really are. I have had my own counseling practice for 16 years with a focus on helping people find their true identity. I also am co-founder of a non-profit called Rea’ International.
My lifelong goal has always been to encourage my family and help them discover the truth of who they are. I have 5 children (3 daughters and 2 sons) and 8 grandchildren (3 granddaughters and 5 grandsons). I’m blessed to have them all live relatively close to me and enjoy spending time with them as often as I can.

Financial Freedom is a wonderful thing. However, we can’t tell you what it’s like; you have to experience it for yourself to truly understand. Something we can give you is a number of ideas for you to try once you’ve reached financial independence. So whether you’re a financially free individual looking to enjoy yourself, or a hard-worker looking for a vision of the future, this article will help you. But be warned, this isn’t your typical bucket list…
Go Ahead and Buy Your Toys
We Know You Want to Every financial literacy book you’ve ever read probably says something like, “Don’t spend your money on things you don’t need.” We’re not going to insult you and tell you that you shouldn’t buy nice things. In fact, we know you will. We know you’ll want to. Whether it’s a Ferrari or a pool table for your man cave, buy yourself a treat. Just be sure that your income snowball is generating 2-3x more than what that fun new toy costs, or that you are already financially free and can buy it outright. That’s our philosophy for indulging a little but in the right way.
Seek Out New Experiences
Once you’ve spent money on toys, you’ll realize it’s not always what you think it’ll be. You may get a temporary buzz, but that often fades as quickly as it comes. What you want is a buzz that’ll stay with you forever. The way to get this is through experiences that you’ll remember for the rest of your life. We suggest combining new experiences with educational ones, like what we do at our Ali’i Kālā Wealth Summits where you learn how to accelerate your snowball while making unforgettable memories.
Meet New People
Financial freedom means social freedom. There are amazing people all over the world in different walks of life. Use your freedom to connect with people that not only bring you joy and happiness but inspire you in your goals for financial freedom and living your dream life. Many of our members have met at Galas and Events and now encourage each other to new heights.
See a Better You in the Mirror
Too many people today are in poor health. With bills to pay, children to look after and bosses to please, a lot of people think, “I’ll do it tomorrow” when it comes to eating healthy, exercising, or even something like taking a walk outside to enjoy the nice weather. With financial freedom, you have the luxury of time and money. Learn to love healthy living. Find ways to stay active that don’t just stimulate your body but also your mind. Maybe you’ll discover a talent you never realized you had.
Spend Quality Time with Loved Ones
In today’s world, we sometimes forget how important it is to make time to connect with family. It’s not the good ol’ days anymore, when family and friends would spend their evenings together around the dinner table or in the den without electronics diverting their attention to selfish pursuits. Today, it takes a concerted effort to make this happen. This is a bucket list item we suggest you practice frequently: spend time with your loved ones.
Invest in Others, Invest in the Future
People think of the individually wealthy as evil capitalists. We know it’s not true. Many of our clients give their time and resources to helping better the world. Some do voluntary work for disadvantaged people. Some commit their resources to saving the environment. There are countless causes and there will be things that are dear to you. Use your passion to support those causes however you can. Not only will you feel better, but you’ll leave a legacy far greater than your achievements.

On July 4th, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was finalized, and it laid the foundations for the birth of the United States of America. We’re all here because of this country, and we owe a lot to the events of 1776, which shaped who we are as a country and as individuals more than we can imagine. The United States isn’t perfect by any means, but as Americans, we have opportunities and freedoms which are, at times, easy to forget.
So, this July, we at Tardus are recognizing all the things that the US has achieved which can provide the way toward positive life changes for anyone who wants to make them. Freedom is important, and in the US, we all have the freedom to do the following things…
1. Get an Education
Across the world, many people are illiterate. Many people can’t afford to go to school, and even if they could, they live in areas where there aren’t any schools. We have schools. We have colleges. We have the internet. We can learn whatever we want and need to, as long as we put in the work and effort. An education is the hallmark of success and a fulfilled life. The accompanying debt that is associated with higher education is often a deterrent, but with Tardus strategies, it doesn’t have to be.
2. Let Go of the Past by Getting Out of Debt
Sometimes, we fall into bad situations or bad habits. Sometimes we pursue our dreams of education or entrepreneurship. No matter how the debt was accrued, many of us have it and it can affect our day to day life. Oftentimes, it becomes a frequent reminder of a mistake or failure. Luckily, we live in a country that, while not always providing the solutions that actually work, at least provides the freedom to pursue the ones that do (if you are lucky enough to know them). Don’t allow your debt to become your master. Instead, let it go, and move out of the past and into a present that is marked by freedom.
3. Start a business… or another business
In some countries, starting a business is illegal. In others, it may be extremely difficult or costly. Here, we have the ability to start a business nearly whenever and wherever we want. E-commerce offers rare opportunities that weren’t available even just a decade or two ago. Embrace your freedom and pursue your passion, whether it’s a craft store on Etsy, a home-based business, or a restaurant franchise.
4 - Become wealthy and give back to the community
There is no cap to success and wealth in the United States. Whether you want to run a small store selling antiques, or you want to start the next Google, America will allow you to scale to wherever you’d like to go – as long as you have the tools and resources you need to make it happen. Tardus clients often find themselves completing the program and reaching financial freedom with thousands in monthly cash flow and a deep desire to do good. This is both the reward and responsibility of being free from debt and your 9-5 job… Share your wisdom, share your experiences, and share your wealth with those who haven’t yet discovered this path. We can not only build a better world for ourselves, but we can also give back so that others can do the same. Which leads us to our final point.
5. Be yourself… whoever that may be
The War of Independence was a war about self-determination. Those men that fought believed that they should have the right to choose their own destiny. It’s been a rocky road, but for Americans, we’ve never been able to choose our own destiny like we can now. Take advantage of this and build the life you want to live, starting today.
Above everything else, this is what July 4th symbolizes in our collective history and identity.
Happy Independence Day!
